As a technology expert who has operating at Pan European and international level for the last 15 years, I provide a comprehensive service to clients involved in all aspects of the global IT industry. My knowledge of the sector and working for companies across the supply chain, speaking the language of the industry and delivering the best possible results for my clients, contributed to recognize me as a specialized and expert in the technology contract field.
I advise on all aspects of non-contentious technology issues. I also am a member of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center. I negotiate and draft agreements in four different European languages (Spanish, French, Italian and English), covering most European Jurisdictions.
