Commercial Contracts 

I assist clients as they operate, regulate and grow their businesses, helping them to manage their existing commercial relationships, form partnerships and alliances, and expand into new markets.

Acting effectively as an in-house counsel when needed, I am involved with virtually all aspects of business relations and, in particular, deal with negotiation, drafting and advice on a wide variety of commercial contracts, both domestic and international and so also in French, Italian and Spanish. 

These include advising clients on manufacturing, distribution and agency issues, outsourcing, Volume Purchase Agreements, World wide agreements, partnering arrangements, distribution matters etc.

I have been advising companies of all sizes, from domestic businesses to large multinationals worldwide for more then 13 years. I provide advice and support to local teams, and have been involved in commercial negotiations across a wide range of industry sectors including aerospace and defence, IT, transport, biotechnology, automotive, finance, telecom and energy.

I provide practical advice and assistance from strategic planning of transactions to deal implementation and contract management.
